In this user agreement and the resulting or related relationships between the parties, the following terms and definitions apply:
"Service Administration" — Individual Entrepreneur MAKSIM IVANOU (Identification Number: 306518140, Registration Number: 02/06/2025, Registering Authority: LEPL National Agency of Public Registry)
"User" – a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in their own interests or acting on behalf of and in the interests of the legal entity they represent;
"Website" – internet website located at: krystall-digital.com (hereinafter *.krystall-label.com, *.krystall-digital.com);
"Service" – complex of services provided by KRYSTALL internet service;
"Agreement" – this user agreement for using KRYSTALL internet service with all changes and additions.
2.1 This Agreement governs the relationships that arise between the Service Administration and Users in the process of Users using the functional capabilities of the Service.
2.2 In accordance with Georgian Civil Code, this Agreement is an adhesion contract, i.e., a contract whose terms are determined by the Service Administration in standard form and can be accepted by the User only by joining the proposed contract as a whole.
2.3 In accordance with this Agreement, the Service Administration offers Users services for using the capabilities and functionality of the Service hosted on the Website, under the conditions provided for in this Agreement, as well as other documents that regulate legal relationships between the Service Administration and Users.
2.4 The Service is an internet platform within which the Service Administration provides Users with the opportunity to use the service functionality.
2.5 The current version of this Agreement is posted at: krystall-digital.com/v/user_argument.
2.6 The Service Administration reserves the right to make changes to the text of this Agreement by notifying Users by publishing a new version of the Agreement on the Internet at: krystall-digital.com/v/user_argument.
2.7 The User is obliged to regularly monitor changes made to the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the new version of the Agreement, the User must immediately stop using the Service.
2.8 The User must fully familiarize themselves with the Agreement before starting to use the Service functionality. Using the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User in accordance with Georgian legislation.
3.1 For full use of the Service's functional capabilities, the User must join this Agreement as a whole.
3.2 Joining this Agreement means full acceptance and agreement by the User with the terms of this Agreement.
3.3 From a legal standpoint, joining this Agreement constitutes legal actions by the User aimed at using the functional capabilities of the Service.
3.4 To gain access to the Service, the User must complete the registration procedure. The User can register in the Service using their email address and independently choosing their login and password.
3.5 The User is prohibited from using the Service's functional capabilities without full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
3.6 All electronic documents, notifications, and expressions of will executed remotely through the Service and within the framework of this Agreement are recognized as properly executed in simple written form.
4.1 The Service Administration acts on behalf of the Service and the Service owner within the framework of this Agreement.
4.2 The Service Administration controls the functioning of the Service, its operability, as well as the actions of Users in the process of using the Service's functional capabilities.
4.3 The Service Administration reserves the right to restrict access to the Service for Users who violate the terms and requirements of this Agreement.

6.1 The Service Administration guarantees the collection, processing, and storage of Users' personal data in strict accordance with Georgian legislation on personal data protection.
7.1 The Website Administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the User's expected and actually received services.
7.2 The Administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
7.3 In case of force majeure (military actions, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
8.1 In case of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, a mandatory condition before going to court is filing a claim.
8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt shall notify the claimant in writing about the results of the claim consideration.
8.3 If it is impossible to resolve the dispute voluntarily, any Party has the right to go to court to protect their rights provided by the current legislation of Georgia.
9.1 The Service Administration is released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement if such non-fulfillment resulted from force majeure circumstances.
9.2 The parties consider the following as force majeure circumstances: earthquakes, floods, other natural disasters, fires, nuclear and other industrial accidents, as well as strikes, military actions, civil unrest, or acts of state bodies that prevent the fulfillment of the Agreement conditions.
10.1 The Agreement is concluded between the User and the Service Administration regarding the procedure for using the Service and is binding.
10.2 The User can terminate the relationship with the Service Administration at any time by deleting their account.
10.3 The Agreement is governed by Georgian legislation.

By using the service, you confirm that you have read the terms of this agreement, understood your rights and obligations, and accepted the established rules of use. By continuing to use the service, you agree to comply with the terms of this agreement and recognize the authority of the administration within the provisions provided. You also accept the terms of the public offer.
